What areas do CarolinaRusticRentals.com cover?
We are currently covering most of the Piedmont Region in North Carolina. The areas highlight light blue in the picture to the left are counties we are currently covering.(Alamance, Chatham, Cumberland, Durham, Guilford, Harnett, Hoke, Johnston, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Orange, Randolph, Richmond, Robeson, Scotland and Wake.) Just because we cover all of these counties doesn't mean we can deliver to all areas in that county. Also just because your county is not highlighted we may still be able to deliver to you area for a extra charge. If there is any question if we are able to deliver to you area. Contact us with the address of location you would want delivery to.
How far will you deliver?
Every event is unique in it's setup and location. We are willing to travel outside of our region to help give your wedding that rustic look you so desire. There is a $150 out of region fee to cover travel expenses. Contact us for more information.

How do I reserve rentals?
To reserve rentals for your event you need to make a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the total rental fee. The other 50% will be due 14 days prior to your event.

What if my wedding date is cancelled or changed?
We will work with you as best we can. We hope everything goes smoothly for your wedding but if for some reason you must change your wedding date we will accommodate it. We will render the services reserved at no additional charge on the new date so as long as someone else does not have that date already reserved. If the wedding is canceled deposit is nonrefundable.

What if it rains on my wedding day?
If it rains during your day we will be happy to transport the rental items to secondary location that you have established prior to event so as long as it's no further than 20 miles from the primary location. If it is further than 20 miles they can still be delivered but with a fee included.
